What documents do I need to start a divorce in Singapore?
Short answer
You will generally need your marriage certificate, NRIC, and fill in a template citing reasons for your divorce, fill in another template stating the ancillary reliefs you are asking from the Court, along with a Mandatory Co-Parenting Programme certificate, if you have children under 21.
