Our Property Law Services
We handle the full range of residential, commercial, and industrial property transactions in Singapore.
- HDB Sales and Purchases
We act for buyers and sellers of HDB flats and HDB shophouses, including resale flats, transfers between family members, and HDB-specific requirements such as eligibility checks and minimum occupation period compliance.
- Private Property Transactions
We handle the sale and purchase of private residential properties, including units under construction and completed developments, condominiums, and landed property, along with the more extensive title searches these transactions typically require.
- Refinancing and Redemption of Housing Loans
We assist with refinancing housing loans on both HDB flats and private properties, as well as full redemption of a housing loan when a property is sold or a loan is paid off ahead of schedule.
- Property Decoupling and Ownership Transfers
We advise on decoupling and other ownership transfers between co-owners, including severing a joint tenancy into a tenancy-in-common before a share is transferred.
- Tenancy Agreements
We draft tenancy agreements for residential, commercial, and industrial properties, covering the terms landlords and tenants need clearly set out from the start.
- CPF Fund Applications for Property
We handle the application of CPF funds for the purchase and acquisition of property, coordinating with the CPF Board so your withdrawal is processed at the correct stage of the transaction.
- Property Transfers Following a Divorce
We manage the transfer of HDB flats or private properties pursuant to a divorce court order, working alongside our matrimonial team where the property forms part of a broader asset division.
- Acting for Banks and Financial Institutions
Because our firm is on the panel of major banks in Singapore, we also act for banks and financial institutions in mortgages, banking facilities, and credit lines secured against property.
